<p>ID has a rollover feature; this essentially locks away your figures in a history so you can keep track of your investment.</p>

<p>There is only one field for rental income on the budget page, if you calculate the expected rental income for the year and then divide by 52, (if you click tha calculator button next to the field it will help you do this) that will give the average weekly rental income.</p>

<p>If you are then this is the problem, you only need to enter the figures as numbers without the formatting eg. 100000 and ID will do the rest for you.</p>

<p>Principal payments is the amount repayed of the principal for the period. There is a bug, (fixed for the next release), that still shows an amount for principal payments on the budget page even if Interest Only is selected.</p>
