What is “Principal Payments” in the “Profitability” section?

Suggest help include algorithms of calculated fields, e.g. “Principal Payments” and “Maintenance Costs” (which I deduced to be a percentage of 52 weeks of rent).

How do I get rid of or reduce the space taken by the left-hand panel entitled “Tracking Down Your Property Profits”?

    Hi Andrew

Principal payments is the amount repayed of the principal for the period. There is a bug, (fixed for the next release), that still shows an amount for principal payments on the budget page even if Interest Only is selected.

You do not need to resize the left panel as doing so will not reveal any more information.
