<p>I also went to Martin&#8217;s workshop and thought it great value.</p>
<p>After speaking to my local Council&#8217;s town planner here in NSW I have found that Community Title as outlined by Martin is specific to SA.  She also tells me that each state will be individual in this respect&#8230;  so it really depends on where you are developing.</p>
