I made simple ones and actually picked up a book on financial planning when I started work, then created excel spreadsheets to measure my wealth which I&#8217;ve kind of done on a monthly basis ever since.<br />

While I can&#8217;t compare NQ to Sydney, as Richard or Corey said, your paying so much for the Gym, Spa, Sauna&#8230;&#8230;.</p>

Collecting the rent himself before their contract is up could lead to more complications then required. </p>
