If you find a good bank with a good contact hold on to em! I am yet to find that but I have head good reports about StGeorge. <p>I think the case of East Ryde it will make very little difference to valuations. Why? I do not think much will change in East Ryde (All houses, no units, no ability to DA a sub-division or create duplexes)</p>

For what its worth I believe rates will continue to rise as we seem to be under continual inflationary pressures at present with more to come.
