Mtommaney is good value and for some reason has very large blocks of land, Bellbowrie is also great. Take your pick you`ll have no problems.[strum]</p>

1. Don`t get excited in front of the agent.<br />
2. Sign the contract with offer but make sure to have building pest and finance clauses, leave say $100 or $200 deposit at this point.<br />

Not too sure about higher wages down south or even what effect that might have but maybe Sydney/Melb people earn enough to retire young, move to the Sunshine State and to top it off thier cost of living goes down also.[^]</p>
