Sometimes you may have to start the building at a certain height to still allow access.<br />

Just wanted to say that things happen for a reason&#8230;Hang in there.  All will turn out for the best.  I agree with Gross Realisation.  He is more informed than many of us, so take his advice.  Let us all know how things work out.<br />

That is a decision only you can make&#8230;however if you sold it and cut your losses, you could move on to bigger &amp; better things.  Maybe you&#8217;ll find a positive geared property that will more than make up for the losses incurred by selling it. My advice to you is to make sure you have quotes in writing &amp; allow at least an extra 10% for incidentals, like hitting rock for example we had to have extra excavation work &amp; extreme amounts of concrete to fill post holes. If I want to borrow 20% from that and then 80% from another bank to get the full 100% of IP is that too risky?
