At present you get the young girl with no experience or &#8220;Gina-hard-faced-bitch&#8221; types. Neither are ideal and the agency itself just wants your listing because that&#8217;s how Real Estate Agencies are valued for asset purposes.</p>

<p>The way we do developments is to look for adding value.  We&#8217;re not into renting after developing nor do we expect much capital gain.</p>

<p>Get a recommended pro who will drill into trees until he finds the nest.  Then he will pump in about 50 or so litres of poison and the nest is gone, the tree gets healthier and the varmints are gone.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s back on the market unchanged but with permit for two units at $450,000 to $480,000.</p>
<p>This can&#8217;t go on!</p>
