<p>You will also need to source a construction loan if you will be building a property. <p>Didn&#039;t realise that desktop valuations were only done on sub 80% loans.</p>
<p>It makes sense though. When there isn&#039;t as much risk for the banks why would they pay more for a full valuation when history has probably proven they don&#039;t really need to.</p>

<p>I have a podcast called Positive CashFlow Australia. There is about 15 mp3&#039;s up there now (ranging from 5-20 minutes) but the idea is that every single blog post we create will also be turned into a YouTube video AND a podcast.</p>
