<p>There was a good idea in the recent ACA magazine (I think it&#8217;s national throughout Australia) which suggested that sellers should get the agents to agree on a price below which the agents will not get a commission. Makes sense.</p>

<p>Ask Heritage to give you the addresses of all the developments/estates (or whatever they&#8217;re called) where they have sold properties.</p>
<p>And then do some research and look at what happened to the people who RE-SOLD those properties at a later date.</p>

<p>Bought a book for eight quid. In the 70s, it sold new for 1.95. That&#8217;s a quadruple increase.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s a new paperback these days? They always go up.</p>
<p>They had no Browning so the one I bought was called <i>The Moon&#8217;s a Balloon</i>. As Wayne Dyer says, maybe it&#8217;s a sign.</p>
