<p>1. I have subscribed to CWB and read John FritzGerald&#8217;s book, &#8220;7 Steps to Wealth&#8221;.</p>
<p>2. I find that what John FritzGerald shared in his book and seminar to be both informative and educational, and I am using some of his ideas to develop/adapt for my own property investing strategies. I do find that they work in my case.</p>
