<p>It&#039;s also much less plumbing, tiling and grouting (costs!) than two separates.</p>
<p>If anything, Is there room for a bath that gets slightly larger at the shower end without overcrowding the bathroom?</p>

If you are making capital gains and they outweigh any unforeseen expenses that may arise then that&#8217;s the advantage. There&#8217;s no sense in investing in something that is standing still..</p>

They might buck up their ideas if they have holiday makers turning up to stay in a caravan they can&#039;t access. You need some form of written agreement or by the sounds of it they&#039;ve got you by the balls.</p>

Moisture/steam gets in from fridge/cooker etc and it soon unwraps.. meaning new doors again. They&#8217;ll last 3-5 yrs if you&#8217;re lucky and the tenant looks after them</p>

<p>The bank won&#8217;t give you a normal home loan because you can&#8217;t afford the repayments on top of your husbands income / credit cards and any other debts.<br />
