I threaten to call the police because my agent stole my property from my serviced apartment (kitchen equipment), so they could sell their &#8216;kitchen package&#8217; to each new tenant. Then upon the tenant moving out, they throw that kitchen package in the bin (or resell it..).</p>

I do know of an inner city tin shed and half of it was converted into a 2 bedder. Would that have been hard to get conversion approval?</p>
