<p>I guess if you have missed the ocean liner just hop on the Cabin Cruiser before you get left with the rowing boat. We did that in Rockingham at the Anchorage estate recently &amp; will still do well even if we didn&#8217;t get in at the start!</p>

<p>Council rates  &#8211; $500<br />
Parking Levy   &#8211; $880<br />
Strata costs   &#8211; $506</p>
<p>These spaces were $59,000 &amp; $61,000 plus gst unless gst exempt.</p>
<p>The net income excluding gst is $1776 so close to the $40 mentioned.</p>
