<p>I give my tenants Bunnings vouchers I have found that they usually spend it on plants to beautify my rental property which is a big plus!</p>
<p>My current tenants got bored sitting around and so far my property has had a garden bed extended, solar lights, and shade cloth over a verandah def is a win win situation.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have used White Knight tile paint with great results.  I had a 70&#8217;s kitchen that had brown flowers painted on white tiles.  Use the primmer recommended followed by the tile paint.  Completely changed the look of the kitchen.  Visitors thought that I had retiled it looked so good!</p>

<p>Thank you for your reply, after much running around to 3 government bodies I found you need to go to the bond board and they give you the forms straight away.  All that needs to be done is you sign and then get old agent to sign and fill in tenant details along with the bond no.</p>

I marked out a simple pattern in tape I got from Bunnings and then using a roller painted with 2 coats of white knight paint and then lifted off tape when dry.  It looks great and looks like stencil concrete, not much sign of wear and tear after 18 months.</p>

<p>I am in Canberra and I have a friend that is a PM with a large agency and they can&#8217;t keep staff and it is no wonder as PM has 1,300 properties to look after herself!  She is absolutely exhausted and has just resigned as she is burnt out.  Agency doesn&#8217;t care they just rack em and stack em at your expense.</p>

<p>Reading your last reply you have already made up your mind and decided on unit living for the time being.  This is fine as a trend in Sydney seems to be that people are moving/staying in a unit with their familes to be closer to work and the cafe scene etc.</p>

We took the wall out and tiled the whole floor (after getting the carpet up that had been glued down[glum2]). <p>I have had great success at first taping the driveway into an easy pattern and then using paving paint to paint over 2 coats and then lift tape off it looks like stenciled concrete.  Hard wearing also.</p>
