I know St George does one, enquire how they work actually, it might help your situation, however they still won&#8217;t qualify for the pension if they keep the asset.</p>

Was front page news in the local Bunbury paper recently, the coastal location has attracted a few people who couldn&#8217;t afford Bunbury prices.  HG</p>
