<p>Just out of interest, where about is this place? I looked at purchasing one like it a few months ago now but my plumber said that as a 4 bedder a laundry is vital and not to loose that aspect&#8230;&#8230;<br />
He also quoted about $200-2500+ costs for plumbing to put applicances in for a brand new bathroom&#8230; and that was at mates rates&#8230;.</p>
