									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi Karl and RitaPolished concrete looks great &#8211; haven&#039;t done it myself but a friend has a very busy polished concrete business &#8211; mostly new top end houses but i have seen it done on old concrete and it looks great &#8211; i&#039;m pretty sure you can hire the gear and do it yourself. Similar to sanding floorboards.</p>
