My  website was launched in November 2012 after a year of research and hard work, business is building slowly but that is because our marketing campaign will begin in earnest in 2013.

    Main things to accomplish:

Contact 75,000 real estate agents worldwide, personally in January and February

Get in the studio to start filming the TV adverts in March

Hit 100,000 visits to our our website by June.

    Not much to ask surely.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New year

    Regards

    Scott

I have been overseas for three years and really missed my family, so now I am finished with it and need some positive geared property next year.

I have not bought any yet, so I will set my aim high.  I will aim to have 5 new positively geared properties in 2013.

and will keep going when I have those and will rest at 12, if I can.  Who will help me?  This community I hope!!

Seems 3 is the order of the day

    1. Purchase our 1st ("real") investment property before 30-Jun-13 – this will be a break through for me on many levels. I've not bought many!
    2. Continue education for property (apprentice programme) and learn about income accelerators – find income accelerator (that grows) but provides $2k/mth min by 30-Jun-13
    3. Family – they are the reason for the above and spend as much QUALITY time with them (starts now and has no end date)

Best of luck to everyone for '13 – lucky for some laugh

Looking forward to selling off all my assets in 2013 & being totally asset-free with loads of bad debt.

    No, that cannot be right.

Maybe I’ll just off load something to pick up a development site before the market shifts.

    2013 is my Year!!!

My goal for 2013 is the accumulate 13 VF properties returning $400 pm by the 8th July 2013. This produce $62,400.00 PA which will replace my income  from the Army so I can move in to full time property development in Adelaide.

Ambitious goal yesss!!! however I'v always thought that if we can put robots on Mars, drop people from the ceiling of the atmosphere of earth or even purchase 130 properties in 3.5 years, smaller goals like this are achievable.

The only limitation we have are the ones we place in our own minds.

Have a great year everybody and look forward to one day waking up and having decision to go or not go to work.

Brian sorry don't want to appear to be negative but if you have 13 VF properties and they are only returning $400 / month i think i would be holding off there.

My VF Company (First Home Owners Group) at out peak had 178 properties we owned and had sold by way of Instalment Contract and each one of them was returning $400 / month +.

Might be a case of redoing the maths.

    Cheers

All my goals are related to the most important goal I have which is – self belief and daily discipline.

I know what I can achieve and how strong I can be

But now turning this towards further education, it is time to turn this commitment to my pathway towards financial freedom

Best wishes to everyone for their pursuits of 2013

Plan A: Built IP in the back, rent it out, sell the old IP in the front.

Plan B: Built IP in the back, rent it out and buy a new unit elsewhere.
