<p>I agree with Dav&#8230; unless you&#8217;re working near Collingwood Park, i would think that it&#8217;s a bit too far out. There&#8217;s always good value within the inner city suburbs..</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not a bad area, quite a few &#8216;new&#8217; estates out there, but just the distance would be a concern.</p>
