As a purchaser make sure you take the contract to your solicitor for review first. Why not add your own clause into the contract, make sure your deposit is by bank cheque but filled out to the vendors solicitors trust account.<br />

2. You need to find a really good mortgage broker and need to buy on a &#8220;stand alone&#8221; basis.<br />
3. Don&#8217;t forget that rental attracts 12.5% G.S.T.<br />
4. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL &#8211; you must know your areas. Do lots &amp; lots of homework.</p>

A very good read, either ask for it at your Library or any good book shop should have it. As it&#8217;s also U.S. based, I&#8217;d say it would be very similar to the course you mentioned.<br />

When one town we were purchasing in was running hot we had a LOT of trouble with an agent who couldn&#8217;t give a R&#8230;,so I wonder if perhaps it was the same agent?<br />
