I would suggest 2 coats of acryllic bitumen followed by an under coat and two top coats of paint. <p>I have a few who regularly email me new unmarketed listings or if they think one is particularly hot then they call me and we discuss it. I even get them to drive me around shopping for properties as well.</p>
