They rang them at work and left a lot of details messages to shame them into paying, which they eventually did and what about listing them with baycorp? Not sure if you can do that? We rented in Sydney and had a concrete pool with chlorine &#8211; only warm for a couple of months in summer, was underneath a gum tree and the bane of my husband&#8217;s existence!  We just bought a house is Qld with a fibreglass pool, which being Qld should be warm, but salt water this time &#8211; heaps easier to maintain! If you&#8217;re sensible &amp; disciplined with your $ you could look at a Revolving Line of Credit as well to cut several years off your current home loan.
