<p>When converting equity to cash to be used for investment purposes, it is better to use a split loan.</p>
<p>for example,<br />
LOC no 1 is used for personal use and LOC no 2 is used for investments<br />

<p>I preferred it prior to March when I didn&#8217;t have to use it and was a simple property advisor enjoying simpler discussions that wouldn&#8217;t land me in jail if I said the wrong thing  I also miss discussions with the likes of crashy and billfromoz</p>
