I am trying to find a good Real Estate Agent in the Parramatta area to sell my investment property.
Can anyone recommend anyone good?

I dont’ know anyone in parramata, but why don’t you ask for a money back garuantee of your advertising fees and an exit out of the sale agency agreement if they do not perform to your standards. That way, you have nothing to lose [biggrin]
Except your time offcourse!

Noddies, I have a real estate license and still alive [biggrin]
But I agree with basic comments about agents, I became one so that I don’t have to depend on any of them!!!
