<p>Don&#8217;t forget to take out insurance before you occupy, especially if your using sub contractors AT ALL.ie Public Liability etc.</p>

If the US hikes it&#8217;s rates that can cause pressure on our rates though via currency valuations. <p>If the rental is way above the market then avoid, or go and make an offer(probably way below asking price) based on market rent making it a positive cash flow property.</p>
