Bought off Retravision, but they just refer you to the TCL helpline.<br />
Service agent is based in Melbourne, air cond is in WA, and same thing&#8230;.they refer it to a local service agent who has not called yet.</p>
<p>5 yr warranty, but it might expire before they come out !</p>

If this is the case there should be a body corporate that is responsible for the building and has insurance in place to cover it.</p>
<p>Check with the body corp first, or else as Terry has suggested, you need to contact the builder.</p>

That was me who bid on those blocks.<br />
And it was 12 in the end not 11.</p>
<p>The number was scaled back to 21 on the day of the auction, as 5 were apparently &#8216;reserved&#8217; by a govt department or something.<br />
No one is saying exactly whats going on.</p>

<p>Its time for a change.<br />
We are going to do rendered and brick exterior, with high spec fitouts including granite benchtops, etc.</p>

DPI = Department for Planning and Infrastructure.<br />
Strata title subdivision is handled by the local council but if you do a green title subdivision the application has to be lodged with DPI.<br />
