<p>That was for cash flow capital, although I&#039;ve not found any bad press or people not happy with their service, they seem to be legit, there&#039;s a few threads on them here. They use to charge a buyers agent fee like the 2-2.5% but now they only charge the mentoring fee, discounted by 50% if you sign up there and then.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>just saw on tv that some of the big banks have sneakly lowered fixed rates over the last three weeks.<br />
no big announcement about it so seems to be that the banks think rates will come down.<br />
the reserve bank will release their statment/view on the economy today so might be an idea to watch out for that an wait a bit.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We (mrs an i) bought an NRAS property in QLD, only 3kms from the Brissy CBD, had it for about 3 months now, very early days but so far so good, tenanted straight up, because of the 20% discount in rent there was a fair bit of interest.</p>
