If all the walls are bagged, then it will cost you to get it plastered and even more to get it gyprocked. If it was me I would just paint it. Use a light colour you would be surpeised at the difference just a freshh coat of paint will make.</p>

You do need to look at the LEP, and also the relevant DCP (Development Control Plan) this is issued by the council and will answer your question. It tells you what the minimum requirement are of the block size for what you want to do. It really has everything you need.</p>

For a really cheap fix you can just paint it assuming the current concrete is in good condition. You don&#039;t have the height to be able to build a deck, but it could e done if you really wanted it.</p>

With the cover mouldings you need to have them removed and fill the gap with external filling compound, or you could use cement. <p>It depends on if you are looking at getting a project builder to build for you as they already have their own plans and pick a house that will suit your block, otherwise if you get your own design drawn up or get an architect or builder to design a house for your block you will have to pay for it.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I would just go with the colourbond extensions you can get them in the 2 feet extra that you want to increase the fence, you can also get a kind of lattice extension but in colourbond or a hardiplank type which you can get already painted so you dont have to do anything but just put it up.</p>

By the sounds of what you are saying you are buying of the plan from a builder, If you need to borrow the deposit aswell I would not buy unless the property was completed, unless you can negotiate another deposit amount, maybe $1000, or an amount that you can afford to put down.</p>
