<p>Maintenance wise the don&#039;t fix everything like they should as it is out of their pocket not yours. They try to minimize there costs.</p>

You could possibly get a unit closer to Bris for that price. Toowoomba and Ipswich are also worth a look at.</p>

Knowing Ipswich very very well it would be unlikely to make any money off the deal if you were to sell the rear property. He knows the market and area extremely well and will find you what you want and will tell you if a property is rubbish or not. He is also happy to conjunct.</p>

The price generally includes all costs of transport etc etc of a certain distance as long as its not too complicated ie shutting down roads etc. It also includes getting it put onto low stumps.</p>
