<p>The only restriction may be that some lenders may not allow lines of credit for investment properties, that depends on the lender you end up using.</p>

<p>Ive talked to an accountant, If i claim the depreciation etc I will have to pay capital gains tax, so I decided not too, I&#8217;ve booked in to see the tax man on monday morning to do my return.<br />
I&#8217;m a bit annoyed at myself for just paying $550 for a depreciation schedule!!!</p>

I got a bound booklet with a lot of stuff I dont understand but it definitely had a couple of schedules in the back depending on what type of depreciation you will be claiming.
