<p>I am always amused when I read/hear the term, &#8220;Property Bubble Burst&#8221;.  Can anyone explain what this term actually means?  I know its an emotive media term, hence it is thrown around a lot.</p>
<p>To me a bursting bubble implies something is inflated and then bang, in an instant there is nothing. <p>I had been given similar advice.  Provided you are not &#8220;advising&#8221; people to buy these particular properties.  It is simply providing information about a certain property and perhaps providing recent sales figues/photss etc and charging a fee.</p>

I&#8217;v read Steve&#8217;s book so I have a brief idea, but doesnt flipping require the purchaser to still have finance approved, and then on sells it at a joint settlement? <p>For example Steve with wrapping.  If you are not comfortable with the concept of wrapping, then part of Steves book may not be for you.</p>
