<p>We have just successfully&nbsp;negotiated an offer from a Qatari company to buy half of us. &nbsp;Its now a deal subject to DD with a cash settlement in 6 months. Fingers, arm, legs crossed on this one. &nbsp;Cant say anything else about it but happy days if it comes to fruition.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is a way to do this but it will cost you in terms of stamp duty and setting up a trust. &nbsp;I have done it successfully with a previous PPR and it works and the&nbsp;ATO have no issue with it as long as you don&#039;t live in it. &nbsp;If you do live in it then you may not be able to <a href="/negative-gearing-pitfalls" class="finpostlink" rel="nofollow">negative gear</a> it as there are a few tax rulings on this area.</p>

Like the other poster my overall LVR is less than 105% more like 80% but that will reduce when &nbsp;I settle on a property that I am currently selling and have a contract on.</p>
