Hi all,Some time ago I posted up a topic asking for advice on whether or not two houses for sale next door to each other in Kingaroy would be a good development opportunity. I decided not to proceed, as I am based in Brisbane and it would be a bit distant for me to manage the project effectively. But, I've kept an eye on them, as I wanted to see if they'd sell. A third property next door to the first two is now for sale as well. The three blocks are 1012 m² each (so a total of 3036m²), and I think they're all ResB, but am uncertain of that.

Anyway, thought this might be of use to someone, so if anyone’s interested, they’re in Knight Street.

Would be good – but has this 'goodness' been factored into what they are asking already?

watch out for aggregation of stamp duty – not stamp duty on each but on all 3 combined which will be much more.
