<p>My wife and I live in Melbourne but are kiwi&#8217;s &#8211; we buy IP in NZ without looking at the property ourselves.  We have a great team in NZ.  To answer your question about Aussies who are not resident in NZ buying IP &#8211; there is no problem from my understanding.  You can even get NZ loans.</p>
