I have just uploaded a property manager listing sheet onto my website. The aim of the listing is to provide a list of recommended property managers in New Zealand. I will be in the very near future doing this for mortgage brokers, handyman, accountants etc…
A member of the web site suggested this would be a great idea and I agree! The benefit to all is that there is a centralised area where you can locate a property manager in your area. There is no association or institute in New Zealand for property managers (please correct me if I am wrong)- not like the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association (NZMBA) which their website provides a database of approved brokers – so its all word of mouth to find the best property manager for the job.
You have two ways of sending me your nomination->
1) Send me an email directly with the property managers name, their location and contact details plus why you think they are good and I will add it to the web site or
2) Go to the web site and log in (membership is free) and send an email via this way.
