What LVR are you looking at?<br />
If you were to go to 80% that would mean only $10k more but if you wanted to go to 90%LVR that would give you an extra $80k, but then you have added costs including mortgage insurance.<br />

The Cashflow game is Robert Kiyosaki&#8217;s creation.  He invented the game to help teach the fundamentals of investing and to also take control of your personal finances. Not to mention it&#8217;s fun to play! If you haven&#8217;t read Roberts 1st book &#8220;Rich dad, Poor dad&#8221; I would definately recommend it!<br />
