    Hi,

This is my first post on this site and my question concerns property and other investments. Recently I attended a wealth creation information session run by the Today Not Tomorrow Institute (TNTI) where they focosed on property investing, including Vendor’s Finance, as well as shares and other strategies. It costs in excess of $4000 to attend one of their 3 day boot camps where all the srategies will be revealed. I was wondering if anyone out there has heard of this company, good or bad?
By the way I’ve had 2 apartments in Toorak & South Yarra in Melbourne for 3 years that have realised good growth, own the house I live in outright and am now considering wraps as an added strategy to my portfolio.
The week or so since I’ve discovered this site has been quite a revelation for me. Keep up the good work.

    Cheers
    Chris

    Chris,

Fantastic situation and a brilliant base. I have attended one course and am attending a second one on Aug 9 in Syd. These two courses are what I consider to be the better choices. Im very choosy about these things.

The first one I attended was Steve Navra course for $260ish. Two days, great value and simply amazing stuff. He could make you super wealthy right now.

The second is Rich Mastery, which is coming up. I like that, as it is hands on, its 3 days for approx $3000, forget what I paid. It has excellent content (hear that Kiyosaki, thats “content”).

Anyway, all these courses are good if youre strategy is clear, and by the sounds of things, youre a smart cookie. Havent never heard of TNTI, not that that means anything…

    Best wishes

    Jars

    hi jars,

I have seen a couple of the videos of the richmastery seminar, and it looks to be a very good seminar, and in three days you get into quite a lot of detail. Longer days than most seminars too. They seem to mix it up quite a bit, their style is quite energetic.

    cheers-

Chris, personally speaking from a position of ignorance to some degree, I think you are well on the way. I don’t think these wealth creation seminars are essential. Stay on this forum to learn about WRAPS and other investment strategies. When you read about somthing of interest, you can then research it further. Check out the other forum rooms and Resources, articles etc… There are a few good links to sites that specialise in certain areas, such as wealth creation, accounting, trusts, conveyencying, just about everything.

Anyway that will be my approach for now at least, for better or worse.

    good luck.

    Hi Chris A
I haven’t heard of the company that you mentioned, but that may be because I live in NSW?
If you are wanting to learn about wraps I would definately recommend the wrap pack from Steve McKnight, I have just returned home from his seminar in Melbourne and heard about the pack while I was there, I am more than confident it will give you all the systems and tools that you need to know about wrapping.(Check out the wraps forum too)
    Goodluck!!!
