Does anyone know if you have an existing very small house on a block in NSW, could I make that the granny flat (as long as it met sqm and other requirements) and then build a separate new house? I know you can&#8217;t just build a granny flat on a block of land without an existing house so I&#8217;m not sure whether it would be feasible.<br />
