<p>I live in Tassie and i wouldnt bother about investing in places like queenstown.. I would look more in the Norther suberbs of hobart e.g glenorchy, moonah, west moonah, claremont as you can get some good returns there or even go to launceston area..</p>

<p>I am from Tasmania and things here look pretty good rents are up and as i recently moved to Hobart from Devonport Renting a place is HARD to do as every open home for rent there was 30-40 people walking through.<br />

<p>You will need to say you live there I think most states you have to live there for atleast 6 months to a year before you can rent it out or sell it.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You can Rent the land out for horses just need to fence it off in blocks and you can rent it out for $20 a horse pew week there are plenty of people looking for good land to put horses on. Most people that own horses have about 2+ so if you can find 20 horses that will generate around $400 a week.</p>
