<p>We just don&#039;t get the attention here that other markets like Atlanta get.&nbsp; I have been working with these wholesalers for a while, the prices really have stayed about the same. The MLS will get competitive during the Spring/Summer seasons, but it will taper back off.&nbsp; That&#039;s about the only time prices are bid up.&nbsp;</p>
