Go talk to the guys at Bunnings, they will tell you exactly how to do it.</p>

I was in the same boat as you when I started out investing (a year ago) &#8211; self employed, renting&#8230;.but applied for a lo doc loan and was approved. It was a tremedous help, as I don&#8217;t think I would have been approved at a &#8216;traditional&#8217; bank had we not had the access to lo-doc.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The bank for Lo Doc&#8217;s that will take a brand new ABN is Macquarie bank. They have a low doc at around 7.08% and you could have your ABN for a day apparently.<br />
I have just gotten a lo doc loan through Macquarie, haven&#8217;t had to show any financials, but we&#8217;ve had our ABN over 2 years, so maybe they go on that. LVR is 60% though&#8230;.<br />
