<p>$56,051.00 Capital Gain<br />
50% discount because property was held for more then 12 month<br />
= $28025.50</p>
<p>With $80,000.00 Gross Income Jack is in the 47% tax bracket therefore</p>
<p>$28025.50 x 47% = <b>$13,172 CGT</b></p>
<p>As usual it is simpler then I thought.</p>

<p>Our PM told us today about an agency which is specialised in providing short term rentals for immigrants mainly from UK.</p>
<p>Apparently they renting the property, so we don&#8217;t have to worry about vacancy and cleaning. We have to give them a call as soon as we get the number from PM.</p>
