i told, thats fine, but its risky for owner to get a almost new prop to tenants when he is overseas. agent said plans to give it to family.</p>

last week they mentioned that fixed rate was 7.21</p>
<p>today in morning lady said that fixed will be 6.45 and later in afternoon it has increased to 6.55%</p>
<p>but the current variable it still 6.99%</p>
<p>do you think this change can be genuine or a way to make money from it.</p>

<p>i today offered 227k saying can do quick settlement&#8230; the current asking price is offers over 250 k.</p>
<p>did a verbal offer only, as thats what the agent said. plus he said the owner already turned down an offer of 245k from an lady.</p>

<p>With settlement, we had went to open house and owner was only there. real estate did not turn up as his brother was sick. thats where we got the info, owners family already overseas and he wants to move.</p>
