When he asked was the price negotiable, they turned around and said the yield will drop in accordance with the price. WTF, buy a tenanted property in any city and negotiate on the price. Do they drop the yield? NO. I think its quite dodge.</p>

I supplied an application with complete documentation and the BDM from Heritage told me he would give me an answer in 6 hrs for my client. 13 days later, still no answer so I collected the application, walked half a block to CBA and had it approved in 36 hrs. Your deposit won&#8217;t go far because mortgage insurance probably won&#8217;t cover your property &#8211; if you find one. However, one option might be to go for a 105LVR loan but the bank will make you dive through hoops to get it though.</p>

Although the mines are eventually closing, they have streamlined the mines and the miners and drillers alike have been transfered to other mines. I would be very careful.</p>
