<p>My &#8216;perception&#8217; is that many are currently in a buying frenzy (buying willy nilly), ie a &#8216;smash, grab and think later&#8217; mentality. On a mission to acquire the &#8216;elusive&#8217; regional town cash flow positive property.</p>
