									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For me Blackwater is the next Moranbah, absolutely nothing available for rent atm. towards the end of this year when alot of rents will come up for renewal and I think we will see a big spike. most second hand homes atm are renting between 500-600, but with a paint job, carpet etc they will probably fetch for between 800-1000.</p>
