I purchased the wrap library and in the member area I thought I was eligable for advice. So, surely I followed the links and sent my support question. In the advertising for the wrap library it sounds you are proud of the fact that you offer this service, but when it came to the crunch I never received a response.
Of course I understand my question may not have been as important as others but at least a confirmation MSG would be nice, then I would have known it was received and that you’ll either get back to me or not. So my recommendation is to send an automatic email confirmation when people send a question. That way we would know if you received the question, but I was left wondering if you received it or if you didn’t care to answer.

    Regards,

    Hi Meegan,
I’m no expert in this, but I wouldn’t advise in buying property in Sydney unless you find yourself a real steal of a deal. As for seeing ‘For Lease’ Signs everywhere that does not sound good to me. Just think about it for a moment…If there are for lease signs everywhere, could it mean that there is an oversupply of rentals?
If there is it means you have alot of competition..meaning you can’t rent it out for a good return…and in Sydney it would most probably become a negative geared property, which is NOT GOOD.
You should learn about wrapping, it can be done in alomost any market with a good return.

    Hi Dave & AD,

I can see both your points. However if there is a great deal to be done 3 hours away I would drive there, because who knows when I’ll find my next deal. I agree with Dave that it is good thinking/learning time while driving, I do it myself all the time whenever I drive.
For me, I’ll be starting by doing wraps in areas I can afford. Which means I’ll be traveling 2.5 hours from where I live. Then after I build up my income I may be able to do deals in or neer my own area.

I bought Steves Wrap Library a week ago, I haven’t had time to start going through it yet but I have quickly browsed. It looks like a good quality product. Well done Steve.

Lets hope this is the begining of my brighter future [:D]!!!

    Thanks for the help.

For me to do a regional wrap I would be travelling about 2 hours each way (there and back). Since I haven’t done a wrap yet I don’t know the time the whole thing will take. But I thought the travel would be worth it.
The main reason I would be doing wraps in regional areas is because of the cost. I don’t have alot of money to start and it would help create the income I need to do wraps closer to home.
I believe you’ve got to work hard for what you want and if you have to travel for it, then so be it.

    Aaron
