Are you asking for a solicitor to handle your real estate purchases?&#8230;.here in WA we don&#8217;t usually use conveyancing solicitors unless there is a specific need.  Instead we use settlement agents who are generally cheaper from what I can tell.<br />

From the cost of a 13sqm unit at 7.49% interest and rental of $220pm it seems that you will make $50 pm.. ie $600p/a.  However the strata fees are $950p/a.<br />
