I am looking to set up a financial structure which will allow me to maximise my levereging potential. My goal is to be able to aquire enough property to replace my monthly income ( 6 years is my target ) aquire and manage renovation and development opportunities as well. Jsut relying on a single income will limit how many properties i can invest in.

Based on the principals in Steve's book, i am not sure as to what structure would be best suited to what im looking to achieve within realestate.

Who are the best people to speak to, accountants, solicitors, financial planners???????

What types of structures have others used which worked well?

    Regards
    Danny F

That book is misleading. Structures don't really help like that.

If you want to plan on maximising borrowing cap then best to speak to a finance broker
